Admit One 4/24: Literal Edition

No question about what any of the new movies coming out this week are about.  Fighting is about fighting, The Soloist is about a soloist, Earth is about the Earth and Obsessed is about Ali Landry being obsessed with Dunder Mifflin’s newest manager, Charles.  Let’s see what the critics literally had to say.

Disneynature’s Earth

Starring: Animals (with James Earl Jones narrating)

Plot: Families of polar bears, elephants and humpback whales are followed in the their natural habitats.

Fighting

Plot: Shawn MacArthur gets dragged into the seedy world of bare knuckle street fighting in NYC by a scam artist.  The form an unstable partnership as Shawn proves to be a natural fighter.

Critic Consensus: “Though Fighting has a likable lead performer, and the fight scenes are impressive, the paper-thin plot ultimately unravels.”

Obsessed

Plot: A temp at a company becomes a little too involved in one of the executive’s lives.
