Musical Montage: Ennio Morricone

We’re highlighting another composer in this week’s Musical Montage with Italian legend, Ennio Morricone.  Morricone is responsible for some of the most well known scores of all time, especially his work for Sergio Leone’s spaghetti westerns like For A Few Dollars More and The Good, The Bad and the Ugly.  He also contributed a number of scores to Italian horror master Dario Argento and the fantastic synth score for John Carpenter’s The Thing.  Check out just a few of his many masterpieces below.
