Quentin Tarantino’s latest puts his unique spin on the spaghetti western with Django Unchained, starring Christoph Waltz and Jamie Foxx as a pair of bounty hunters in the pre-Civil War south. Leonardo DiCaprio co-stars as an evil plantation owner. The trailer definitely feels like the Inglorious Basterds trailer, where it highlighted the crazy, over the top, Nazi killing action but the movie, while amazing, was much slower and tense, with classic, super long Tarantino dialogue scenes. You can also see lots of blaxploitation influence in Django Unchained as well, from the title card to some of the shots and scenes. The movie is out this Christmas and you can check out the trailer below.
