Lincoln Trailer

From the looks of this first trailer, Lincoln has to be, already, one of the Oscar front runners, with Daniel Day Lewis completely transforming again into our 16th president and Steven Spielberg directing.  The movie follows Lincoln’s life, with most of the trailer focusing on the Civil War and how Lincoln fought for freedom for all citizens of the US and tried to keep the nation from splintering and then ultimately leading the Union to victory.  Day Lewis looks amazing as always and the rest of the cast is pretty great as well with David Straithern, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tommy Lee Jones, Jackie Earle Haley, Jared Harris, Sally Field and James Spader, just to name a few.  Check out the trailer below and the movie is out in November.
