Musical Montage: “Christmas Vacation”

Next week is Christmas and what better way to get into the holiday spirit than with the title song from Christmas Vacation, conveniently titled Christmas Vacation.  Written by Barry Mann and Cynthia Weil and sung by Mavis Staples of the Staples Singers.  To accompany the song in the movie, there’s an animated title sequence where Santa almost kills himself trying to deliver presents to the Griswolds.  Check it out below.
