Fox had a couple of big hits last year with Emmy Award winning, and hilarious, comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine and surprisingly fun but insane Sleepy Hollow.  The Following also continues, inexplicably, to bring in a decent audience and the Sunday comedy block keeps chugging along, although they’ve classed it up recently with the stunning and greatly educational Cosmos reboot.  As far as new shows, their entry into the comic book battle is the Batman prequel, Gotham and they have some other interesting looking new shows as well.  Check out the trailers, descriptions and fall schedule below.

Wayward Pines

Premise: Based on a best-selling novel and brought to life by suspenseful storyteller M. Night Shyamalan (“The Sixth Sense”), WAYWARD PINES is an intense, mind-bending 10-episode thriller starring Academy Award nominee Matt Dillon (“Crash”) as a Secret Service agent on a mission to find two missing federal agents in the bucolic town of Wayward Pines.

Backstrom

Utopia

Mulaney

Starring: John Mulaney, Martin Short, Elliott Gould, Nasim Pedrad, Seaton Smith, Zack Pearlman

Premise: Follows an aspiring comedian coming of age in NYC under the influence of his over-the-top boss – who was a major stand-up comedian in the 1980s and ’90s and now hosts a game show — his roommates and his neighbors.

Hieroglyph

Starring: Reece Ritchie, Kelsey Chow, Condola Rashad, John Rhys-Davies, Caroline Ford, Antony Bunsee, Max Brown
