Origin: Possibly one of the children who died in a tragic bus accident, Sam seems to be the personification of the traditional Halloween and punishes anyone who ignores the rules and traditions of the holiday.

Powers: Regeneration, body seems to be made of straw and invulnerable to stabbing, shooting, etc.

Weapon of Choice: Sharpened lollipop
