Fear the Walking Dead Trailer

If you’re wondering how the zombie outbreak of The Walking Dead started, AMC has the answers with the prequel spin-off, Fear the Walking Dead.  Set before the events of The Walking Dead (think when Rick is in a coma), the show stars Kim Dickens as high school guidance counselor Madison Clark, who’s engaged to English teacher Travis Manawa (Cliff Curtis).  Madison has two kids, Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Nick (Frank Dillane), and they all must survive when what seems like an unusually contagious flu spirals out of control in Los Angeles.  Robert Kirkman co-wrote the pilot and Dave Erickson will be the showrunner.  It premieres on August 23rd on AMC and will lead into the Season 6 premiere of The Walking Dead, check out the trailer below.
