The Revenant Trailer #2

Coming off last year’s win for Birdman, Alejandro G. Inarritu is back with the incredible looking (and extremely brutal looking), The Revenant.  Leonardo DiCaprio plays real life hunter/explorer Hugh Glass, who is viciously attacked by a bear while on an expedition and left for dead, well, buried alive, by his back stabbing partner, John Fitzgerald (Tom Hardy).  Glass must fight his way through the brutal 1800’s wilderness to get back to civilization and get revenge on Fitzgerald.  There looks to be some stunning action sequences and incredible settings and what look like fantastic performances from Hardy and DiCaprio.  The movie is out in limited release on Christmas Day and then everywhere on January 8th, check out the new trailer below.
