The Full Trailer For Game of Thrones Season 6 is Finally Here
After a bunch of teases, hints and possible misdirection, the first trailer for Game of Thrones Season 6 is finally here (Spoilers for Season 5). The huge question from the end of last season is what is the fate of Jon Snow? We don’t get confirmation either way if he’s truly dead or will be brought back in the myriad ways we’ve seen over the last 5 years but Stannis Baratheon’s former right hand man, Davos Seaworthy, seems to be getting ready for something near Jon’s body at the end of the trailer and there’s the red priestess Melisandre around as well at The Wall. Elsewhere in Westeros, Daenerys was flown away from her kingdom in Meereen by her dragon Drogon and is now in the hands of a new clan of Dothraki while Tyrion, Varys, Grey Worm and Missandei form a council to rule in her absence, Sansa escaped her vicious marriage to Ramsay Bolton with the help of Theon Greyjoy aka Reek, Stannis Baratheon’s army was crushed by the Boltons and Stannis himself was seemingly finished off by Brienne of Tarth and Cersei plans revenge against the religious “sparrows”, who she foolishly backed with carte blanche permission to punish anyone they deemed as sinning against the Seven gods. So all that is happening and this coming season, Bran Stark is back as well, having spent most of last season off screen training in his magical powers with the Three Eyed Raven. The new season begins on HBO on April 24th and you can check out the trailer below.
