The Rock is a Pacific Demigod in Moana (Trailer)

Most likely attached to Finding Dory this coming weekend, the first look at Walt Disney Animation’s next movie, Moana, is here.  Starring newcomer Auli’i Cravalho as the titular heroine Moana, she sets out to across the ocean to save her people and gets help from demigod Maui, voiced by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.  The directing team is Ron Clements and John Musker, who previously brought us Aladdin, The Little Mermaid and The Princess & The Frog and Hamilton’s Lin-Manuel Miranda is part of the team behind the original songs.  It’s out on Thanksgiving this November and you can check out the teaser below.
