Climb Back Aboard The Magic School Bus on Netflix (Trailer)

In their quest to mine all manner of nostalgia, Netflix is bringing back The Magic School Bus for another series of educational and magical field trips with The Magic School Bus Rides Again.  Kate McKinnon takes over the class as Ms. Frizzle’s sister, Fiona Felicity Frizzle, although Lily Tomlin is back to voice the OG Ms. Frizzle as she heads off for greater adventures.  It seems like most of the class is the same as well, although I don’t think anyone is specifically named and faithful pet lizard Liz is back as well.  The new show looks to be hitting some similar beats with trips into the human body, into the ocean and into space but with updated info since the original show aired back in the 90’s.  Lin Manuel-Miranda also provides the new theme song and all episodes drop on September 29th.  Check out the trailer below.
