Come Drink in Octavia Spencer’s Murder Basement in Ma (Trailer)

The success of Get Out is really being felt this year as Jordan Peele’s follow-up, Us, arrives soon and this summer sees a similar seeming horror thriller movie from Blumhouse, Ma.  Starring Octavia Spencer, Ma is Sue Ann, who invites a group of teens to use her basement as a hang out for all kinds of teenage shenanigans, as long as they don’t break any of her rules, like going upstairs or swearing.  At first, the teens are having the time of their lives with their cool new older friend but Sue Ann slowly becomes more and more creepily obsessed and the teens are in some real danger.  Juliette Lewis, Diana Silvers, Luke Evans, Missi Pyle, McKaley Miller, Corey Fogelmanis, Gianni Paolo and Dante Brown co-star and Tate Taylor, who directed The Help and Get On Up is directing.  The movie arrives on May 31st and you can check out the trailer below.
