Dave Bautista Goes Family Friendly with My Spy (Trailer)

Following in the path of Arnold, The Rock, Vin Diesel, and Chuck Norris, Dave Bautista is taking his action movie persona into the world of family comedy with the upcoming My Spy.  Directed by Get Smart director Peter Segal, My Spy stars Bautista as JJ, a bad-ass CIA agent who has the unfortunate habit of killing everyone in his path and not gathering any actual intelligence.  He’s given one last chance in the field and partnered with fellow agent Bobbi (Kristen Schaal) to do surveillance but they are found out by their nine-year-old neighbor across the street, Sophie (Chloe Goodman).  In exchange for not revealing them, JJ agrees to teach Sophie spy skills and hi-jinks and heartwarming bonding ensue.  Ken Jeong and Parisa Fitz-Henley co-star and the script comes from Jon and Erich Hoeber, who wrote movies like Red, The Meg, and Battleship.  The movie is out sometime this year and you can check out the trailer below.
