Gerard Butler Goes Fugitive in Angel Has Fallen (Trailer)

Like many action franchises before it, the *Blank* Has Fallen franchise is sending its hero on the run from the law as Gerard Butler’s Mike Banning is accused of trying to kill President Morgan Freeman in Angel Has Fallen.  After a devastating drone attack, Banning is accused of orchestrating the plot and escapes custody to find the true villains behind the attack and clear his name.  Danny Huston, Jada Pinkett Smith, Nick Nolte, Piper Perabo, Lance Reddick, and Tim Blake Nelson co-star and Ric Roman Waugh, who directed movies like Snitch and Felon previously, is directing.  The movie is out in a few weeks on August 23rd and you can check out the new trailer below.
