See De Niro Through the Decades in The Irishman (Trailer)

Martin Scorsese is firmly back in his wheelhouse for the upcoming crime epic hitting Netflix, The Irishman.  Starring Robert De Niro as Frank Sheeran, a World War II vet who becomes involved in the mob as a hitman and hustler who eventually becomes closely tied to Jimmy Hoffa and may have had something to do with his with infamous disappearance. Al Pacino co-stars as Hoffa along with Joe Pesci, Ray Romano, Jesse Plemons, Anna Paquin, Harvey Keitel, Bobby Cannavale and more.  As hard as it might seem to believe, this is the first time ever that Martin Scorsese has directed Al Pacino in a movie and it’s the ninth time that De Niro and Scorsese have worked together, the last time being Casino in 1995.  The movie is utilizing de-aging CG to portray De Niro at various points in Sheeran’s life throughout the movie and it’s clocking in at an epic 3 and 1/2 hours.  The movie will be in theaters first on November 1st and then will be available to stream on Netflix on November 27th.  Check out the new trailer below.
