Zootopia took the top spot at the box office for the third weekend in a row as the latest entry in the Divergent series underperformed and The Bronze had one of the worst openings of all time.
The world’s first and most powerful mutant, Apocalypse (Oscar Issac), arrives to wipe out humanity with the help of his Horsemen (Psylocke, Magneto, Storm and Angel) and the X-Men are the only ones who can try and stop him in the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse.
Zootopia remained on the top of the box office for the second weekend in a row while 10 Cloverfield Lane had a strong start and Deadpool crossed over $700 million worldwide.
Deadpool was finally usurped from the top spot at the box office by another record breaker, Zootopia, which had the highest opening ever for Disney Animation Studio.
Deadpool continues to dominate, moving up to third on the all time R rated chart while Gods of Egypt failed despite taking second and the other two releases met their fairly mediocre box office predictions.
