Matt Damon’s return to the Bourne franchise gave it it’s second highest opening of all time while Star Trek Beyond took a pretty big stumble and Bad Moms did OK compared to the other R rated comedies this year.
Everything out this weekend seems to be splitting critics right down the middle as Nerve, Jason Bourne and Bad Moms are all hovering around 50-60% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Deciding she needs some excitement in her life, high school senior Vee (Emma Roberts) enters Nerve, an online game where she is given dares to complete for money. She teams up with fellow Player Ian (Dave Franco) but the pair’s tasks quickly get more and more dangerous and there’s seemingly no way out of Nerve once you are in.
