The new Ninja Turtles managed to top the Guardians of the Galaxy this past weekend with another great August opening while the other new releases did not fare quite as well.
The new Turtles movie seems about as awful as everyone was thinking it would be while the other new releases this weekend don’t seem that great either, according to the critics.
August is jam packed with action from the like of Guardians of the Galaxy, Sin City and, of course, Expendables 3 but there’s also tons of counter-programming as well.
