After a bit of a hiatus, News Shotgun is back to give you a rundown of the week’s cool/interesting/exciting movie news. This week we learned that Universal Studios is closing another iconic ride, Manos is coming to Blu Ray and Starship Troopers is being remade.

After the classic ride was destroyed by fire in 2008, Universal Studios Hollywood is bringing back King Kong with help from Peter Jackson.

Universal Studios is gearing up for their big Harry Potter themed area, which is opening up this spring at their Islands of Adventure park.
