Pixar debuted the full trailer for next summer’s Brave, which follows the adventures of Scottish princess Merida. There’s apparently an age old custom about the first born of each of the noble Scottish families competing with each other, which Merida wants to compete in but her mother doesn’t approve of that. There’s also bears, archery and horse riding, but I’m still not sure exactly what this movie is about (the official plot synopsis has nothing to do with what’s shown in the trailer). Still it looks like typical gorgeous work from Pixar and Scotland is pretty underrepresented movie wise, with Braveheart and Highlander being to two big ones. The movie is out in June of next year and hopefully proves Cars 2 was a rare misstep for Pixar.
I’m like the J. Jonah Jameson of Everything Action, writing and editing and constantly demanding pictures of Spider-Man.
