The Black Waters of Echo’s Pond Trailer

If you loved Jumanji but thought it could use more teens getting murdered, then Black Waters of Echo’s Pond may be the movie for you.  On a vacation to a private island off the coast of Maine, nine friends stumble across an ancient board game and, as they start to play it, start seeing horrific visions and their worst nature is brought to light.  Danielle Harris stars along with Nick Mennel, Mircea Monroe, Elise and Electra Avellan, James Duval and Robert Patrick(!).  It looks kind of terrible but it also seems like it could be in the “so bad it’s good” category.  Fun fact: the director of this movie is originally from my area in Upstate NY and the theater I work at got a copy of this movie for a week that was attended by four people in total.  It should hopefully reach more of an audience when it arrives on DVD and Blu-Ray on September 10th.  You can check out the trailer below.
