NBC has had critical success with Hannibal and seem to want to keep that momentum going with another new take on a classic horror film, Rosemary’s Baby. Zoe Saldana stars as Rosemary, who moves to Paris with her husband, Guy (Patrick J. Adams from Suits). Their new neighbors, the Castavets, are incredibly friendly and generous and everything seems perfect. Rosemary soon gets pregnant and when strange things start occuring, Rosemary looks into and discovers dark secrets about the Castavets and their new home. Jason Issacs co-stars. It’s being pitch as being a new version of the story based on the original novel by Ira Levin, it’s most likely trying to also grab people who remember the Roman Polanski version starring Mia Farrow. The miniseries stars on May 11th and you can check out the trailer below.
I’m like the J. Jonah Jameson of Everything Action, writing and editing and constantly demanding pictures of Spider-Man.
