Fall TV 2014: CBS
CBS put spin offs of CSI and NCIS into production for the Fall but the big shocker is that they passed on How I Met Your Dad, the spiritual sequel to How I Met Your Mother. Instead, comedy wise, they have The McCarthys, about a rowdy Boston family and a reboot of the odd couple. The main show at the network that everyone is waiting to see something from though is Battle Creek, from Breaking Bad’s Vince Gilligan, but there’s no trailer as of yet. Madam Secretary

Premise: Set at the NCIS New Orleans office, which handles cases from Pensacola through Mississippi and Louisiana to the Texas panhandle.
