After pretty much stealing the show in Expendables 3, Antonio Banderas is back in October the sci-fi thriller, Automata. Looking like a mash up of Elysium, I, Robot and Blade Runner, Automata is set in 2044 and set in a world where robots are on the brink of equaling human intelligence and Banderas plays an investigator into robot related accidents. Through a series of events he ends up being captured and brought to a fledgling society of robots, who are being hunted by Dylan McDermott and Robert Forster. Melanie Griffith and Birgitte Sorensen co-star and the movie is directed by Spanish director Gabe Ibanez and it’s out on October 10th. Check out the trailer below.
I’m like the J. Jonah Jameson of Everything Action, writing and editing and constantly demanding pictures of Spider-Man.
