Young Ones Trailer

“Michael Shannon in a Sci-Fi Western” is a phrase that pretty much already has me sold for the upcoming Young Ones, which also co-star Elle Fanning, Nicholas Hoult and Kodi Smit-Mcphee.  Set in a post-apocalyptic future suffering from a massive drought, Shannon is a frontier family trying to protect his family and rejuvenate his land.  Hoult is his daughter ambitious boyfriend who wants to make a deal to try and get an irrigation system on Shannon’s land, with or without his approval.  It looks pretty cool, Shannon looks great as always and it even looks like it features the Army’s crazy Big Dog robot.  It’s directed by Jake Paltrow and it’s out on October 17th, check out the trailer below.
