Making a huge splash at festivals like Fantastic Fest and Sundance, Australian horror movie The Babadook is coming to the US courtesy of IFC Midnight. Following a single mother, Abigail (Essie Davis) and her son, Robbie (Daniel Henshell), Robbie starts to show signs of mental disturbance and claims to be haunted by an evil monster from one of his story books, The Babadook. Abigail starts to realize Robbie might be telling the truth and has to figure out how to stop The Babadook before it takes Robbie. It looks super creepy and definitely feels like an Australian version of The Conjuring. It’s out on VOD on November 28th and you can check out the trailer below.
I’m like the J. Jonah Jameson of Everything Action, writing and editing and constantly demanding pictures of Spider-Man.
