Suicide Squad Trailer

Making a huge splash during the Warner Bros. panel at this weekend’s Comic Con, the first Suicide Squad trailer is here.  Featuring Will Smith as Deadshot, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn and Jared Leto as The Joker, the squad is assembled by Viola Davis’ Amanda Waller as a response to the increased threats that have sprung up in the wake of Superman’s arrival.  It looks pretty great, with most of the cast looking like their comic book equivalent and it looks like it’s going to capture the Squad’s heightened craziness, with The Joker having what looks like costumed henchmen, Harley doing bizarre gymnastics in her cell, Killer Croc being treated like Hannibal Lecter and more.  The movie is out in August of next year and you can check out the trailer below.
