Sleepless Trailer

A remake of the French thriller Nuit Blanche aka Sleepless Night, Jamie Foxx stars as cop who makes a big mistake when he and his partner rip off a dangerous drug dealer.  Taking a shipment of cocaine, Vincent Downs (Foxx) and his partner Derrick Griffin (TI) find themselves not only under investigation by Internal Affairs (Michelle Monaghan and David Harbour) but Downs’ son is kidnapped by drug dealer Rob Novak (Scoot McNairy), who demands Downs return the drugs or his son is dead.  Downs instead unleashes his inner Liam Neeson and starts taking down anyone who tries to stop him getting his son back.  Gabrielle Union and Dermot Mulroney also co-star and it’s directed by Baran bo Odar.  The French original was a solid thriller and this one looks like it will be as well.  It’s out on February 24th and you can check out the trailer below.
