The T-800 has sent officer Lucy Castro on a wild ride through the streets of NYC. After ramping through Lucy’s apartment and damaging her squad car, the T-800 makes it very clear it intends to eliminate Lucy by any means possible. Earning a moment to catch her breath, Lucy tries to make sense of the situation. An unkillable person has just kicked down her door and chased her around the city. Not knowing who or what this person is, Lucy refuses to be taken down and moves carefully moves into the busy life night of the city as protection.
Issue two briefly pauses the terminator’s pursuit as Lucy tries to gather her thoughts and plan her next actions. She is only equipped with a few weapons from her squad car and has a broken radio. Her best options are to make it back to her precinct, where she can find back up to deal with this situation. The Terminator no longer needs the element of surprise, focusing on being as deadly as possible. The action gets intense as the Terminator uses anything it can acquire to get to Lucy Castro.
New York in 1984 was pledged with crime and violence, and a robotic killer from the future has arrived. The city offers many dangers that Lucy Castro will have to utilize in order for a fighting chance. Her quick thinking and fast reactions have helped her in some tight spots with the Terminator before, but to do some real danger, she will have to find deadlier support. Next month’s issue looks the event the advantages as Lucy looks for a way to put bigger holes into the unstoppable machines.
