The last time there was anything Charlie’s Angels related was the disaster of a reboot series back in 2011 on ABC but Elizabeth Banks is bringing a new trio of Angels to theaters in November. Kristen Stewart, Ella Balinska and Naomi Scott are the new Angels, with Scott being the absolute newest as she’s a rookie named Elena who is joining veteran Angels Sabine (Stewart) and Jane (Balinska) to stop a dangerous piece of tech from getting into the wrong hands. Banks is co-starring as Bosley, or one of many Bosleys, including Patrick Stewart, Sam Claflin. and Djimon Hounsou and Noah Centineo co-stars as well. Apparently, this new movie is treating the original TV series and the McG movies as canon, with the Townsend Agency becoming an international force with multiple teams of Angels around the world. The trailer makes it seem fine but nothing we haven’t seen before and slightly boring and uninspired compared to the McGness of the previous movies. It’s out on November 15th and you can check out the trailer below.
I’m like the J. Jonah Jameson of Everything Action, writing and editing and constantly demanding pictures of Spider-Man.
