High School Gets Even More Competitive in Panic (Trailer)

Author Lauren Oliver is bringing her best-selling novel Panic to Prime Video in a few weeks for a new original streaming series.  Set in the town of Carp, TX, a long-running game called Panic draws in the graduating high school seniors every year.  After competing in a series of dangerous challenges, one of the seniors will get a life-changing amount of money and be able to leave town while the rest will probably be stuck there forever.  Heather Nill (Olivia Welch) is determined to win the current game, which has the highest amount of prize money ever up for grabs.  Heather soon learns that it seems like Panic might be rigged and has to complete the challenges while trying to figure out who is actually behind the game and make uneasy alliances with her fellow competitors.  Mike Faist, Jessica Sula, Ray Nicholson, Enrique Muricano, Camron Jones, and Jordan Elsass co-star with Bonnie Bedelia, Moira Kelly, Nancy McKeon, and Rachel Bay Jones recurring.  The first season will be 10 episodes and all of them will drop on May 28th on Prime Video.  Check out the trailer below.
