Chris Evans Goes to Infinity and Beyond in Lightyear (Trailer)

Chris Evans goes from Captain America to Buzz Lightyear in Pixar’s big 2022 sci-fi adventure, Lightyear.  Apparently telling the origin of the character that inspired the Toy Story action figure, Chris Evans plays Buzz Lightyear, who is a Space Ranger with Star Command who is attempting a space flight that will slingshot him around the sun and into unexplored regions of space.  It looks like there will be lots of cool sci-fi action and planets to explore and there are hints that the “real” Zurg will make an appearance as well.  Pixar vet Angus MacLane, who co-directed Finding Dory and also directed the shorts Burn-E, Small Fry, and Toy Story of Terror, makes his solo directing debut.  The movie is out on June 17th, 2022 next year and you can check out the trailer below.
