The Jurassic Saga Comes to an End in June with Jurassic World Dominion (Trailer)

What Universal is dubbing the “epic conclusion of the Jurassic era”, Jurassic World Dominion arrives this June in theaters.  Picking up from 4 years from the end of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom where dinosaurs were unleashed into the world at large,  with humanity dealing with the crisis as the prehistoric creatures have expanded around the globe, attacking people and disrupting the ecosystem.  Owen Grady (Chris Pratt) and Claire Dearing (Bryce Dallas Howard) are in hiding after taking in Maisie Lockwood (Isabella Sermon), a human cloned via the same technology that creates the various dinosaurs running amok.  They are called back into action to help figure out what to do about the dinosaurs and are joined by the veteran trio of Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum), Alan Grant (Sam Neill), and Ellie Satler (Laura Dern) in a globe-trotting adventure that feels more like a Mission: Impossible or James Bond movie.  DeWanda Wise, Mamoudou Athie, Dichen Lachman, Scott Haze, and Campbell Scott are joining the cast as new characters, and Colin Trevorrow, who directed Jurassic World and co-wrote Fallen Kingdom, is back to direct. It seems fun so far and hopefully, it will fully embrace the idea of dinosaurs running amok in the “real world” outside of the parks and it seems like the original trio is much more involved and will be more than just glorified cameos.  Jurassic World Dominion is out on June 10th and you can check out the trailer below.
