Nicolas Winding Refn is Back on Netflix with Copenhagen Cowboy (Trailer)
The always-interesting Nicolas Winding Refn is back with his latest project for Netflix, Copenhagen Cowboy. A neo-noir thriller, the new series stars Angela Bundalovic as Miu, who has to navigate the criminal underworld of Copenhagen on a quest for revenge against her nemesis, Rakel, played by Lola Corfixen. It looks like the trademark NWR style is in full effect, with neon and unnaturally colored settings, driving synthwave, and tons of visual flair. The series is 6 episodes and it begins on Netflix on January 5th. Check out the trailer below.
