Idris Elba Hunts Andy Serkis in Luther: The Fallen Sun (Trailer)
Idris Elba returns as John Luther for the upcoming movie continuing the excellent BBC drama series, Luther: The Fallen Sun. Behind bars, Luther manages to escape and goes rogue to track down and stop the sadistic cyber serial killer David Robey (Andy Serkis), who is leaving a path of horrible carnage across London. Luther is a criminal himself in the eyes of the London police and he has to avoid capture from former allies like Odette Rain (Cynthia Erivo) and Martin Schenk (Dermot Crowley). Series creator Neil Cross wrote the movie and Jamie Payne, who previously directed episodes of Luther as well as shows like The Alienist, is directing. Luther: The Fallen Sun will debut in select theaters in February and then arrive on Netflix on March 10th. Check out the trailer below.
