Beware the Boogeyman in June (Trailer)
Originally supposed to debut on Hulu, The Boogeyman is coming to theaters in June. Based on the Stephen King short story, The Boogeyman stars Sophie Thatcher and Vivien Lyra Blair, both coming off Star Wars TV shows, who are sisters dealing with the death of their mother. Their father, played by Chris Messina, is not offering much support, even though he’s a therapist, but a late-night visit from a patient, played by David Dastmalchian, brings a supernatural entity that preys on suffering families into their home. Marin Ireland, Madison Hu, and LisaGay Hamilton co-star while Rob Savage, who directed the Zoom-based horror movie Host, is directing. The Boogeyman is out on June 2nd and you can check out the trailer below.
