One piece of news from San Diego Comic-Con this year was that Nickelodeon had gotten the rights to the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series and they’ve wasted no time getting it out to the fans. You can watch the entire first season/original mini-series in the latest Everything Action Theater. Debuting in December of 1987, the original five episodes were considered a test run and the main series began in October of 1988. The show obviously became a pop culture phenomenon, dominating all aspects of life for kids growing up in the late 80s and early 90s and the show ran for just shy of a decade, ending in 1996. Cam Clarke, Barry Gordon, Rob Paulsen, and Townsend Coleman provided what many would consider the definitive voices of the TMNT and it introduced tons of new and wacky characters into the TMNT canon, many of whom are appearing for the first time on the big screen in TMNT: Mutant Mayhem this week. Thanks to the official Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles YouTube channel, you can watch the first season below.

I’m like the J. Jonah Jameson of Everything Action, writing and editing and constantly demanding pictures of Spider-Man.
