Shia LaBeouf and Bobby Soto are “tax collectors” for a Los Angeles crime boss in the latest gritty crime action thriller from director David Ayer, The Tax Collector.

After a close battle, End of Watch managed to top House at the End of the Street but the box office is still super slow.
