Even though 2013’s GI Joe: Retaliation was a pretty significant step-up from its predecessor, Rise of Cobra, Paramount and Hasbro decided to start from scratch with Snake Eyes: GI Joe Origins but it doesn’t generate the same level of optimism as Bumblebee did for the Transformers franchise.
Easily the best movie ever made based on a board game, 1985’s Clue is also just one of the best comedies ever made as well, as Tim Curry leads an all-star cast of suspects through trying to figure out Whodunnit in the murder of the mysterious Mr. Boddy.
Henry Golding stars as GI Joe’s resident ninja Snake Eyes for this July’s reboot of the GI Joe movie series, showing Snake Eyes’ training with the Arashikage and his relationship with friend/future enemy Storm Shadow, played by Andrew Koji.
