No Time to Die took the top spot at the box office with a solid domestic debut to add to it’s already impressive worldwide grosses while Venom: Let There Be Carnage dropped to second and The Many Saints of Newark saw a steep drop from it’s fairly mediocre debut last weekend.
Shang-Chi remained at the top spot at the box office for the fourth weekend in a row while Dear Evan Hansen opened to second place and much kinder reception from audiences than the critical beatdown it’s been experiencing since it premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Shang-Chi remained strong in its second weekend and held onto the number #1 slot at the box office while Malignant became the third recent HBO Max/theatrical hybrid release to vastly underperform compared to expectations going into the weekend.
