Thanks to a Mayan curse, Alma and her medicine man boyfriend Brujo must make a desperate trek to Los Angeles so that Brujo’s uncle can lift the curse and stop Alma’s body from destroying itself with snakes. If that sounds way too convoluted for a Snakes on Plane rip-off, you are right.

Enter the Asylum: King of the Lost World

Emphasis on the “Lost” part of the title, Bruce Boxleitner and a group of plane crash survivors must find a way to escape a mysterious land inhabited by giant spiders, Abercrombie & Fitch tribesmen and a strung out King Kong knock off in King of the Lost World.
