The Cure contributed to a number of soundtracks in the mid-90’s but their particular goth sound didn’t really fit with the over the top world of 1995’s Judge Dredd when they contributed the credits song “Dredd Song”.

1994’s soundtrack to The Crow was a massive hit when it was released along with the movie and a seminal album for 90’s teens who were into goth/punk with bands like The Cure, Helmet, Violent Femmes, Nine Inch Nails and Rage Against the Machine contributing songs.
