Theaters were hoping this past holiday weekend would be an indicator that theaters were almost back to normal and A Quiet Place Part 2 delivered with an opening as good as the first movie, even better if you count the 4-day weekend, and the best opening since the pandemic began.

Angelina Jolie is a fire fighter and smokejumper who becomes involved in a cat and mouse chase through the forest when she finds a young boy being chased by a pair of assassins in Those Who Wish Me Dead, which hit theaters and HBO Max this past weekend.
