The sixth entry in the Mission: Impossible franchise is the first direct sequel of the series, picking up on the events of Rogue Nation as Ethan Hunt and the IMF team try and recover a trio of stolen plutonium orbs that will be used in a series of devastating attacks if not gotten back in time.

After a mission goes bad, one of IMF’s most dangerous foes escapes and threatens the world with stolen nuclear material while the CIA hunts down Ethan Hunt and his team for going against orders yet again in this summer’s Mission: Impossible: Fallout.

The IMF team is back and, once again, seemingly up against their own government and new villains as a mission goes bad in Berlin that results in a large amount of plutonium to go missing and Ethan on the wrong side of the CIA.

The Mission Impossible series has only gotten better as it goes along and Rogue Nation is a fun, fantastic entry in the series as Ethan Hunt tries to uncover the deadly network of The Syndicate.

Ethan Hunt and IMF are back facing The Syndicate, an evil organization that seems to be designed as an anti-IMF, in this summer’s Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation.

Ving Rhames is a mysterious caller who kidnaps a 911 operator’s daughter, forcing her and her ex-husband, a cop, into increasingly dangerous situations in next year’s thriller, Operator.

I don’t think anyone has been clamoring for more of the Death Race series but Death Race: Inferno is coming out this December, continuing the story of the original Frankenstein, who is sent to Africa to compete in an even more dangerous tournament.
