Not much coming out this week for new releases, unless you’re a fan of movie musicals or FX comedies, like Pick of the Week, Louie Season 2.

The Lorax easily not only won the weekend box office, but also had the best debut of the year by far with just over $70 million.

Act of Valor dominated the weekend box office while Gone had the worst opening weekend of the year so far.

Everything is rotten this week and two of the movies weren’t even screened for critics.

February is not the best time for movies but this month has the first major superhero movie with Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance and Denzel Washington in full bad ass mode in Safe House.
