Everyone knows Rodney Dangerfield was the one of the coolest guys around, especially in the 80’s and in Back to School, he reaches perhaps his highest cool levels by totally taking over Grand Lakes University when he decides to enroll to show support for his son. Along with winning the school’s big diving match, taking on the crusty old professors and pulling stunts like getting Kurt Vonnegut to write a book report about one his own books, Rodney also throws a legendary dorm party, complete with a live concert from Oingo Boingo. Dead Man’s Party was the single for the movie and came off the band’s fifth album of the same name. Frontman Danny Elfman also scored the movie as well. Check out the official music video below.
I’m like the J. Jonah Jameson of Everything Action, writing and editing and constantly demanding pictures of Spider-Man.
