It seems like there might be hope for America as the brilliant Inception took the top spot at the box office again. The movie only suffered a 32% drop and took in another $42.7 million. Salt had a fairly solid opening weekend, taking second place with $36 million. Despicable Me, Sorcerer’s Apprentice and Toy Story 3 rounded out the top 5. Ramona and Beezus barely debuted at sixth place, not surprising because do kids today even read, let alone Beverly Cleary? Inception might have a very good chance of threepeating is upcoming weekend as there’s nothing too spectacular coming out.
