It’s not quite Seagal in Expendables 3 but we’re getting closer as the master of Akaido teams up with Stone Cold Steve Austin for Maximum Conviction, coming in November. Seagal is Tom Steele and Austin is his partner Manning, both black ops soldiers who are brought in to decommission an old military prison but the prison is attacked by a group of mercenaries, who are most likely targeting the two female prisoners that Manning and Steele brought in for detainment. The duo has to go on the defensive in some classic, Die Hard style action. It looks way better than the most recent crop of Seagal movies and is hopefully at least half as wonderfully ridiculous as True Justice and Stone Cold is always welcome to do some ass kicking.
