If there’s one person who can make a 90 minute night drive interesting, it’s Tom Hardy, which is the premise of the upcoming movie Locke. Hardy plays Ivan Locke, who makes a series of phone calls while out driving that has tremendous impacts on his personal and professional life. It’s being billed as a thriller but I wouldn’t expect this to turn into some sort of crazy car chase movie or anything. Much like Vehicle 19 or Buried, the movie sticks in the car with Hardy for the entire movie. It’s written and directed by Steven Knight, who brought us Eastern Promises and the recent Statham movie, Redemption. It’s out in April and you can check out the trailer below.
I’m like the J. Jonah Jameson of Everything Action, writing and editing and constantly demanding pictures of Spider-Man.
